ZenAlgo - Crypto Trend

Crypto Trend is a market-wide dashboard. Instead of analyzing only the symbol open on your chart, it compares Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoin market caps, dominance measures, the dollar index, and other reference markets to describe the current crypto regime.

It is best used for deciding where market strength is concentrated. It is not designed to time an entry on a single candle.

CryptoTrend Overview

What the dashboard follows

The tracked instruments cover several different parts of the market:

  • BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, and SOLUSDT show major-asset direction.
  • ETHBTC shows whether Ethereum is gaining or losing strength relative to Bitcoin.
  • BTC.D and USDT.D help describe rotation between Bitcoin, altcoins, and stablecoins.
  • TOTAL, TOTAL2, and TOTAL3 compare the whole crypto market with increasingly altcoin-focused segments.
  • DXY provides external dollar context.

Each row shows a smoothed Heikin Ashi trend and percentage change. Heikin Ashi makes broad direction easier to scan, but it also reacts later than raw price.

Reading market states

Crypto Trend combines the rows into named states. For example:

  • BTC UP + ALT DUMP means Bitcoin is stronger while altcoin-focused measures weaken.
  • BTC DOWN + ALT PUMP describes relative strength moving toward altcoins while Bitcoin weakens.
  • BTC + ALT PUMP and its BOOST version describe broad positive alignment.
  • CRYPTO DOWN, ALTS DUMP, and FIRE SELL describe increasingly broad weakness.
  • ALT SEASON, ALT PUMP, ETH PUMP, and the DeFi states describe strength concentrated away from Bitcoin.

A state is a concise description of several simultaneous trends. It does not say that every coin will follow the label.

A practical reading

If Bitcoin is rising while TOTAL3 falls and BTC dominance rises, the dashboard may show BTC UP + ALT DUMP. That is a warning against assuming that a strong Bitcoin chart means broad strength across altcoins.

If Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoin market caps rise together while stablecoin dominance weakens, a broad pump state is more appropriate. In that environment, trend-following setups across several assets have more market support.

Settings and limitations

Crypto Trend Configuration

Table position, text size, dark mode, and colors can be adjusted for readability. The dashboard is trend-following and uses smoothed data, so use it for allocation and regime context rather than precise execution.

Alerts

Crypto Trend provides one built-in alert for each dashboard market state: BTC UP + ALT DUMP, ETH PUMP, CRYPTO DOWN, FIRE SELL, BTC + ALT PUMP (BOOST), BTC + ALT PUMP, DEFI MEGA BOOST, DEFI BOOST, BTC DOWN + ALT PUMP, BTC UP, BTC DOWN, BTC.D UP, BTC.D DOWN, ALT PUMP, ALTS DUMP, and ALT SEASON.

Use these as macro regime-change notifications. They are not precise entry alerts for the charted asset.
